Privacy policy

Editor text stays in browser memory until you deliberately generate or preview. It is then sent to this server and Microsoft Azure Speech for synthesis. Original article text is not stored in the application database or logs. Local TXT import stays in the browser; the optional import API inspects temporary uploads. The PWA caches static assets only.

Login and anonymous ownership use session cookies. Accounts store email and password hashes; account deletion currently requires administrator assistance. Private audio expires after 7 days and is physically removed by scheduled cleanup; you can delete it from history sooner. Download links last 15 minutes and require the owning session/account. Losing an anonymous session loses access to its history.

Login buckets use 15-minute windows. Audit/job metadata is kept for 90 days; expired records are removed by cleanup. Monthly usage aggregates retain complete overlapping months. Estimates include attempted/retried calls. Hosting logs, backups and Azure processing/retention require an operational review before launch. Public sharing is not enabled.
